eProsima is pleased to announce the release of Fast DDS 2.7.1. This updated version brings interesting features and many enhancements such as the XML Static Validator Tool, Read Condition and improvements in the performance. Find below the detailed list of the main advancements accomplished in this new version:
NEW FEATURES ADDED
- XML Static Validator. A simple tool for asserting the correctness of static xml_file discovery configuration files.
- ReadCondition. This new feature makes it possible to use waitsets to collect data more conveniently, and to wait directly for the data to arrive, without having to check the StatusCondition.
IMPROVEMENTS
- Improved rediscovery on lossy environments.
- New CMake option.
- Improved read/take performance when using topic with a great number of keys.
