eProsima is happy to announce that it will be delivering a talk at the ROS Developers Day 2022, the practical virtual conference on ROS robot programming. The event will be taking place on the 18th of June, 2022.
The 5th edition of the ROS Developers Day conference aims to connect ROS developers all over the world through a 12 hours session of hands-on demos that provide coding examples and simulations of real use cases using ROS. During each of the talks the attendees will be able to practice the demos following the steps of speakers in real time.
eProsima will present a practical demonstration on “Enhancing ROS 2 for Monitoring and Security” delivered by our Senior Software Engineer Eduardo Ponz. During the presentation the attendees will learn how to secure a DDS transmission via the use of a hardware security module for private key storage, and how to monitor statistics for secure and performance enhanced communications.
eProsima is also a principal sponsor of the event hosted by The Construct for the ROS developer community. The conference will count with other first class speakers from leading robotics companies such as Open Robotics, Robotnik and Karelics among others.
