eProsima is happy to announce its attendance at the Fiware Smart Fest 2021. This virtual and free event aims to connect the Fiware community and partners, and will take place from the 8th till the 10th of June, 2021.
The fest, hosted by the Fiware Foundation, gives the opportunity to network and offers an insight into the rich range of smart projects and innovative initiatives by the foundation. Fiware, itself, is a curated framework of open source platform components with the purpose to accelerate the development of smart solutions.
eProsima will present a EU-funded projects in the category “Use cases: Robotics” on the 9th of June.
At around 5:15pm CEST Jose Antonio Moral Parras, Software Engineer at eProsima, will present “micro-ROS: bringing ROS 2 to microcontrollers”. He will provide an overview of micro-ROS, the Integration Service utility, and how to achieve an integration with the Fiware platforms. The presentation ends with an outstanding demonstration presenting a potential use case.
