This initiative targets exporting SMEs seeking to enhance and consolidate their international positioning by executing an action plan designed with the collaboration of a mentor from a leading Spanish company.
The activities undertaken by eProsima as part of the Program, which has shaped its International Action Plan, are detailed below:
- Participation in the international professional event "ROSCon 2024," held in October 2024 in Odense, Denmark. eProsima attended the event as a Gold Sponsor, hosting its stand to conduct demonstrations and provide specialized attention to attendees. This activity was framed within the Program’s area of International Promotion / Dissemination and promotional materials in international markets.
- Update and redesign of the company's website. This project involved the development and graphic design work to restructure the website, revamp its interface, improve search engine optimization (SEO), enhance traffic, and optimize navigation and user experience. This action was framed within the area of International Promotion / Promotional actions.
- Developing an International Marketing Plan for eProsima aimed at facilitating the firm's international expansion and access to new markets. The plan optimizes aspects such as online positioning, lead generation processes, and implementing digital marketing and analytics tools. This activity fell under the Program’s area of Specialized Consulting / Advanced consulting in internationalization.
In light of the above, eProsima would like to express its most sincere gratitude to Antonio Matachana, S.A., the mentor company assigned to our organization during the recent Business Mentoring Program. In particular, we wish to highlight and recognize the contribution of its CEO, Luis Adot Berrade, whose commitment, expertise, and strategic vision have been of immense value to eProsima.
Throughout all mentoring sessions, his guidance and insights have been instrumental in helping us identify new opportunities, optimize processes, and strengthen our growth strategies. This learning has enabled us to confidently address current challenges and look toward the future with greater clarity and ambition.
