eProsima at the Pan‐European Network of Robotics DIHs for Agile Production

eProsima represented by Jaime Martin Losa is participating in the Pan-European Network of Robotics DIHs for Agile Production, also called DIH².

This project forms part of the Horizon 2020 program, the biggest EU Research and Innovation program ever. It is securing Europe’s competitiveness by enabling breakthroughs and discoveries in technology and offering nearly 80€ billion in funding.

DIH² itself unites 37 members form 28 countries with one mayor goal: Increment robotics innovation.

Therefore, DIH² plans to increase the number of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) from 26 to over 170 in more than 300 000 manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises (SME).

The DIHs will not only lend knowledge and expertise, they will also assist the SMEs with technology, standardization, investment and security issues.

Kick off for DIH² was in January 2019 in Tampere, Finland and the continuation will take place this week from the 25^th until the 27^th of June in Porto, Portugal.
